SDR Leaders Global

Terms of Use

Effective 11 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the SDR Leaders Global website, your membership of the community, and your use of the resources we publish. They apply across all three regional chapters: SDR Leaders of EMEA, SDR Leaders of USA and SDR Leaders of APAC.

They do not govern our events. Registering for and attending an event is dealt with separately, on the terms set out at the point you register, except for the limited fallback in section 10.

By creating an account or downloading a resource, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the community.

We have written them to be read. Where something matters commercially or legally we have said so plainly rather than burying it.

1. Who we are

SDR Leaders Global is operated by Saleswise Management ("we", "us", "our"), a company established in the Netherlands with its registered office at Korte Brinkweg 51a, 3761 EC Soest, Netherlands. You can reach us at contact@sdr-leader.com.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. That policy is a separate document and does not form part of these terms, but you should read it alongside them.

2. The short version

  • Membership is free, personal to you, and for people leading or building SDR and BDR functions.
  • The community is vendor-neutral in what we publish and discuss. Members must not pitch, scrape member lists or run outreach off the back of it.
  • What is said in the community stays there. Share the insight, not the person who said it.
  • Resources are for you and your team. Do not republish, resell or feed them into an AI model.
  • If you break the rules we may remove content, suspend your account or remove you from the community.

3. Membership

3.1 Who can join

Membership is free and intended for people who lead, manage or build SDR and BDR functions. We may review applications, and may decline or revoke membership at our discretion, including where someone is using the community primarily to sell to it. You must be at least 18 years old.

3.2 Your account

Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else use your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at contact@sdr-leader.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

You are responsible for what happens through your account, and for keeping the information on your profile accurate.

3.3 Access to the community channel

Access to our private community channel is granted after review and is not automatic on registration. We may withdraw access without withdrawing your wider membership, and vice versa.

3.4 Free membership, and paid services

Membership is currently free. Some resources or services may be offered on a paid basis, in which case section 7 applies to those.

4. How we expect members to behave

The community works because people speak openly. That only holds if everyone follows a small number of rules, so we take these seriously.

4.1 The rules

  • Contribute more than you take. This is a space for sharing what is working, asking real questions and helping people you may never meet.
  • Keep it respectful. We have no tolerance for abuse, harassment or subtle hostility, in any format, including posts, comments, images and direct messages.
  • Debate ideas, not people. Expect your views to be challenged. Challenge others on the argument, never on the individual.
  • Leave polarising subjects out. Politics and religion are not what people came here for.
  • Do not use the community to sell. No pitching, no unsolicited outreach, no using the community as a prospecting list.
  • Respect confidentiality. Do not repeat what is said about identifiable people or companies, and do not share other members' information outside the community.

4.2 Vendor neutrality

The community is a vendor-neutral space. If you work for a vendor you are welcome as a practitioner, but not as a seller. These rules govern how members behave inside the community. They do not apply to the sponsors of our events, who may contact people who register for an event they sponsor. Our Privacy Policy sets out what sponsors receive and how to tell us to stop.

4.3 What is said here stays here

The community runs on the Chatham House rule. You are free to use what you learn, including outside the community, but you must not identify or attribute anything to the person who said it, or to their employer, without their permission. This applies to anything shared through the community channel and to anything you learn from another member through your membership.

4.4 No scraping and no list building

You must not extract, copy, scrape or compile member details, attendee lists, directories or community content, whether manually or by automated means, and you must not use anything obtained through the community to build a prospecting list or to feed a database or an AI model. This applies during your membership and after it ends.

4.5 If you break the rules

Depending on the seriousness and whether it has happened before, we may remove the content, give you a warning, suspend your account, remove you from the community channel, or permanently end your membership. For harassment, abuse or list scraping we may remove someone immediately and permanently.

If you see or experience something that breaks these rules, report it to contact@sdr-leader.com. We will treat reports sensitively.

5. What you post

5.1 Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post, share, present or contribute. These terms do not transfer it to us.

5.2 The permission you give us

So that we can actually run the community, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute what you post, within the community and for the purpose of operating and promoting it.

We will not sell your content.

5.3 What you are promising us

When you post something, you are confirming that it is yours to post, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, that it is not confidential to your employer or a third party unless you are permitted to share it, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading or offensive.

5.4 Removing content

We may remove or edit anything that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably consider harmful to the community, and we do not have to give reasons in advance. You can ask us to remove your own contributions at any time, though we may keep copies where we need them for legal or backup reasons, and threads that others have replied to may retain the context of the discussion.

5.5 Feedback

If you send us suggestions about the community or how we run it, we are free to use them without any obligation to you.

6. Our content and resources

6.1 What we own

The website, our reports, benchmarks, templates, playbooks, recordings, branding and the SDR Leaders Global, SDR Leaders of EMEA, SDR Leaders of USA and SDR Leaders of APAC names and logos belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you any ownership in them.

6.2 What you may do with our resources

You may download and use our reports, templates and playbooks for your own work and for your own team inside your organisation. You may also adapt our templates and playbooks for that purpose. You may quote from our published research externally provided you credit SDR Leaders Global.

6.3 What you may not do

  • Republish, resell, license or distribute our resources outside your organisation
  • Present our research or templates as your own, or strip our branding from them
  • Share recordings of our sessions outside the membership
  • Use our name or logos to suggest we endorse you, your employer or your product
  • Copy, scrape or text-and-data-mine the website, or use our content to train or fine-tune an artificial intelligence model, without our written permission. We expressly reserve our rights in this respect.

7. If you buy something from us

This section applies only where you pay us for a resource or another service.

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and include VAT where it applies. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Payment is taken through our payment provider, and we do not see or store your full card details.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. Where you ask for immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose that right by doing so, the right of withdrawal does not apply once we have given you access. Nothing in these terms affects your other rights under consumer law.

If something we sell you is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

8. Other platforms and links

We run parts of the community on third-party platforms, including our event registration platform and our community messaging platform, and we link to other websites including those of sponsors, speakers and their employers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them. We are not responsible for them or for their content.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the website and the community available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the service, including individual features or resources, without notice. Where we can give notice reasonably, we will.

10. Our events

These terms do not govern our events. Registering for and attending an event is dealt with on the terms shown to you at the point you register.

If no such terms apply to an event you have registered for, this section applies to that event instead:

  • Places are limited and are personal to you. They cannot be transferred to someone else without our agreement.
  • We may change the date, format, location, programme or speakers of an event, and we may cancel it.
  • Where an event is free, we will tell you as early as we reasonably can, but we are not liable for any costs you have incurred, including travel and accommodation.
  • Where you have paid us for a place and we cancel the event, we will refund what you paid, but we are not liable for any other costs you have incurred.
  • We may ask you to leave an event, without a refund where you have paid, if your behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to other attendees.

11. What we are not promising

What we publish and what members share is professional opinion and experience, not advice. It is not legal, financial, employment or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for taking advice on your own circumstances. Benchmarks and research describe what respondents told us, not what will work for you.

We do not guarantee any commercial outcome from being a member or using our resources, and we do not verify what members say about themselves, their employers or their results.

12. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Subject to that, and reflecting that membership of the community is provided free of charge:

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss
  • We are not liable for what other members say or do, whether in the community or afterwards
  • We are not liable for the acts or omissions of sponsors, speakers or third-party platforms
  • Our total liability to you in any 12 month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and EUR 100

If you use the community in the course of your business, we are not liable to you for any loss arising from your business use of it beyond that cap.

13. Your responsibility to us

If you use the community in the course of your business, you agree to cover our reasonable losses, costs and expenses arising from a third-party claim caused by your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the community, or content you posted. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and give you a reasonable opportunity to deal with it.

This section does not apply to you if you use the community purely in a personal capacity as a consumer.

14. Ending your membership

You can leave at any time by emailing contact@sdr-leader.com or using the account settings on the website.

We may suspend or end your membership if you breach these terms, if we reasonably believe you are using the community to sell to or scrape it, or if your conduct is harmful to other members. Where it is proportionate to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

When membership ends, your access to the community channel and members-only resources ends with it. Sections 4.3, 4.4, 5.2, 5.3, 6, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17 continue to apply.

15. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version published on our website is the current one and applies from the moment it is published. Where a change materially affects your rights we will tell members by email or through the community. If you continue to use the community after a change, that change applies to you. If you would rather not accept it, you can leave.

16. General

  • These terms are the whole agreement between us about the community. Our Privacy Policy sits alongside them and is not incorporated into them.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • We may transfer these terms to another company if our business is sold or reorganised. Your rights will not be reduced by that.
  • You may not transfer your membership or your rights under these terms to anyone else.
  • We will send notices to the email address on your account. Please send notices to us at contact@sdr-leader.com.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your own courts.

Before going further, please raise anything with us at contact@sdr-leader.com. Most things are resolved that way.
